Erik Henyon

Erik Henyon is President and CEO of Organizational Wide Leadership Solutions Inc. For nearly two decades, Erik has partnered with CEOs and high-level executives around the world to increase productivity and bottom line results through the development of healthy work cultures. Erik brings high energy and a dynamic approach to executive coaching, keynotes and the transformational Quantum Leadership Development program.

Erik is an accomplished experiential educator and entrepreneur with a passion for the latest in brain research and quantum physics.

His expertise in helping large and small businesses respond more quickly to changing markets, global trends and even crises has earned him numerous accolades, including the 2006 Business Man of the Year award for the state of Montana. He also is the Vice Chair of the City of Bozeman's Planning Board and is on the Board of Directors of the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce.

Will Callahan

Will Callahan is Chief Operating Officer at OWLS where he is integral to the management product production, building and managing lead-generation. Because of his extensive experience, Will acts as an inside sales strategist, helping our design specialists solve a variety of different marketing and lead generation challenges.  Will brings over 23 years experience, with a broad management background in the marketing, sales and integration of merged and acquired companies into a corporate marketing structure. Will is well-versed in all aspects of engineering design, purchasing, and contract management, cost-accounting and process-control as well as marketing, sales and customer service. Because of his extensive experience, he is the resource for OWLS’ facilitators and staff, helping them solve a variety of different customer management and program production challenges.

Will has worked extensively in management and business development in engineered technologies and industrial construction both in the U.S. and abroad. His experience spans from Fortune 200 Service Companies to small start-ups. He also created ImpleMax Equipment Co., Inc. (IMx), a manufacturer of compact construction equipment for Caterpillar, CASE, New Holland and its own brand (IMx).  During the creation of IMx, Will was solely responsible for the development of the company from inception, including corporate organization, commercial debt financing and private equity investor funding, product development, manufacturing and supply chain management, and sales and distribution channel management.

Native of Connecticut, now in Bozeman since 1992. He is a professional, just like you, looking for the opportunity to help accelerate the process of making the changes you want to make so you can make your life and business goals a reality.

Drea Dineen

Drea Dineen injects passion and enthusiasm, tempered with accuracy and detail as the Executive Assistant to the Owner, Erik Henyon She serves as the main administrative contact. Drea is a Colorado native who attended the University of Montana where she majored in Liberal and Wilderness studies. Before landing in Bozeman 4 years ago and joining OWLS, Drea worked as the Executive Assistant at Big Mountain and for LJ Communications in Whitefish. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, skiing and hanging out with her gorgeous 5 year old daughter and fabulous husband. Ever fascinated by inspirational people and those motivators who look to transform their lives she looks forward to working with OWLS mission.

Gina Albano

Gina Albano has Bachelors Degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, 1982. Completed CPA training course. Gina has over 25 years of experience as an accountant/controller, the last sixteen with several different types of companies (general contractors, pharmacies, retail/wholesale, restaurant, consulting, insurance, computer, medical billing).

Experience includes all aspects of accounting from accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, internal/external auditing, financial analysis, cash flow and forecasting, budgeting, bank statement and account reconciliation's, year-end closing, preparation of financial statements, and individual and corporate tax return preparation.

Susan Wilcox

Susan Wilcox brings more than 25 years of experience as a licensed therapist, corporate leader, professor, certified coach and trainer. She's an expert in the field of Emotional Intelligence and has helped hundreds of people develop into the professionals they wanted and needed to be in order to produce the best results in their organizations.  Susan assists organizations in identifying the professional development goals for their leadership, high performance, and sales and service teams and customizes adult learning, interactive, high impact programs to meet their needs.  She is certified in the BarOn EQi assessment by MHS and is a certified coach through ICDS.  Susan has worked with SES Technical, LLC, The Scher Group, Dealers Group, Ford Motor Company, TBWA/Chiat/Day Advertising Group, Tequila, Market Tree, OU Medical School, RHS Solutions, CarePages and United Health harnessing emotion and improving results.

Jennifer Combs

Jennifer Combs is an executive coach and leadership facilitator. In November 2006, she left a thriving corporate career with Pfizer to dedicate herself to helping others develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, authentic leadership and personal empowerment. By identifying self-limiting thoughts, beliefs and behaviors, the door opens to new ways of experiencing life through focusing on how to ‘be’ while doing whatever is at hand.  Calling upon her own relevant experience, extensive study and sense of humor, her aim is to facilitate organizational health, authentic leadership and personal well-being via individual and team coaching, consulting and group facilitation.

Over the span of 14 years, Jennifer gained experience in a wide range of corporate arenas, from mid-sized, privately owned to Fortune 100 companies engaged in a broad array of businesses including wholesale distribution, national retail and global manufacturing. Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith an internationally recognized coach, consultant and trainer Alicia has developed over sixty-five training programs and has trained and coached over eighty thousand individuals in their own business or as employees in service, non-profit, governmental and manufacturing.

Steve Beck

Steve Beck is an outstanding speaker, motivator, instructor and consultant. His seminars are lively, informative, funny and insightful. His knowledge and experience stems from a 20-year career at the Management and Vice President levels. His core competencies in the areas of:  Motivating a Team, Stress Management, Leadership, Dealing with Change Effectively, Goal Setting and Time Management.

Having taught at the Chicago School of Finance, and for the Institute of Self Actualization, Steve has a great deal of hands-on experience helping corporations reach and sustain excellence.  His knowledge of different market places and job situations is invaluable in his role as a Master Facilitator and Coach.  Previous corporate positions Steve held include Vice President for First Options of Chicago, and Assistant Vice President for Drexel Burnham. Steve has also owned and managed 2 thriving businesses.   He has an extensive client list spanning 15 years.

Peter Garnvik

Peter Garnvik specializes in curriculum development and instructional design with a focus on the Accelerated Learning methodology. His expertise includes the creation of brain-compatible PowerPoint presentations, interactive workbooks, facilitator guides, learning aids, video and flash-based training, and e-learning.

A training program should be designed to speak to all learner types; visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, as well as creating meaningful learning experiences that are linked to real life situations. Peter’s whole-brain, multi-faceted approach to instructional design will ensure that deeper and more productive learning is achieved.

Julie Puentes

Julie Puentes helps clients see and feel their impact on others and act with clear intention and purpose. Her work combines a keen knowledge of psychology and leadership. Julie has pioneered new approaches to learning through experience. She holds a B.A in psychology from the University of Texas and an M.S. degree in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward's University.

Julie managed the client services division with a trade show and convention production company for twelve years. Julie enjoyed this career and had a bright future there, but felt there was something more aligned with her talents and interests for her to do. Ultimately, she decided to follow her heart, make a significant change and follow her passion for leadership development and emotional intelligence.  She believes strongly that these areas of training and development are essential to creating positive, sustainable, and effective changes within organizations. Tracy Brooks

Tracy Brooks has combined her 15 years of corporate advertising and marketing experience with Fortune 500 companies, and has fused together her vision as that of change agent, corporate clients. She has extensive training in various modalities in the education of personal and business success. To her, there is nothing more rewarding than being a part of a group or individuals transformational breakthrough. Whether in the boardroom or someone’s own personal victory of inner discovery while on the mountaintop, it all leads to inner fulfillment and outer greatness.

Kate Foster

Kate Foster has a strong business background and has over 12 years experience working for a Fortune 500 corporation, serving in leadership roles within the Information Technology field. She holds a Masters Certificate (George Washington University) in project management and has over 6 years experience running multi-million dollar organization-wide projects. She is a graduate of SIM-RLF (Society of Information Management – Regional Leadership Forum) and also has experience in strategic planning, organizational development, performance management, change leadership and departmental facilitation. Kate holds a BA in Communication and Graphic Arts from James Madison University.

Jim Grossman

Jim Grossman targets the areas of goal setting, visioning, and organizational development. As an executive, Jim held marketing and communications positions in a variety of corporations and non-profits and worked as creative strategist and writer. He holds an MA in theology with distinction in spiritual direction and has served as facilitator and counselor for health care professionals, and business people. He is an award-winning columnist, his writings have appeared in business, weekly and daily papers and focused on individual, organizational and leadership development.

David Gumm

David Gumm was born and raised in Pasadena, California.  He attended Point Loma College (now Point Loma Nazarene University.)  He has a master’s degree in Human Development Counseling from the University of Denver.  Dr. Gumm’s doctorate degree is in Counseling Psychology with a minor concentration in Neuropsychology.  From 1991 to 1992 he was a postdoctoral fellow in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.  Since 1992 Dr. Gumm has been a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Saint Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Montana.  He has worked in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with a wide variety of patients including traumatic brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.  His interests include psychological and neuropsychological assessment.  He also has interests in mindfulness based stress management, neuroplasticity, the development of expertise and helping people use their brains in the most productive manner possible. 

Rusty Renick

Rusty Renick has 23 years experience consulting on issues of organizational development, leadership and management training. His clients include Verizon, The metropolitan Museum of Art, The Tennessee Valley Authority, and New York City's Department of Citywide Administrative Services.

Rusty is a graduate of The University of Virginia's Executive Program, at the Darden Graduate School of Business. Rusty is a specialist in Organizational Development and has been a presenter at the National Organization Development Conference.

Donna Garnvik

Dona Garnvik is an accomplished, dynamic, and client-driven training professional offering 11 years of progressive experience in training, facilitation, coaching, and curriculum design. She currently leads professional development programs for companies throughout North America, Asia, and the Caribbean.

She developed innovative training programs that help trainers, instructors, and presenters transfer information to their learners efficiently with a high level of retention and comprehension in a variety-based, option-rich, skill-building learning environment. Her programs are noted for being fun, interactive, energizing, and hands-on.

Donna holds a Master's degree from the University of Calgary and taught in the Faculty of Communication and Culture for eight years. She has been a guest speaker at numerous conference programs, and most notably at the annual events organized by the International Alliance for Learning (IAL)—a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of learning worldwide.
